Our prescription team is responsible for processing repeat prescription requests and supporting the safe and efficient management of medications within the practice.
Prescription requests can be made in the following ways:
- Online via the practice’s online services or the NHS App
- In person at reception
- By handing in a written request at the surgery
Please note that we do not accept prescription requests over the phone. This helps us ensure that all medication requests are recorded accurately and processed safely.
We encourage patients to use online services where possible, as this is often the quickest and most convenient way to request repeat medication.
The prescription team works closely with clinicians to process requests and ensure prescriptions are issued and sent to your nominated pharmacy where appropriate.
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for repeat prescriptions to be processed.
