All reception staff are fully trained Care Navigators. To ensure you are directed to the most appropriate service, they may need to ask you a few questions about your query. This helps us make sure you receive the right help as efficiently as possible.
The practice also operates a triage system, which helps our clinical team review requests and ensure patients are directed to the most appropriate clinician or service. We have a dedicated team member who works alongside this triage system, supporting the process and helping to manage patient enquiries safely and efficiently.
Many patient enquiries are now submitted online, which helps us manage requests more effectively throughout the day.
