Update: Triage System Changing to SystmConnect

We are updating our triage system from Accurx to SystmConnect. This is a minimal change—access will remain the same via our website, and you will continue to be triaged by a clinician as usual.

SystmConnect will handle both administrative requests and medical requests, including medication. It will connect directly to your NHS account or SystmOnline account, keeping your health information secure and easy to manage.

SystmConnect is our new triage system that allows you to send administrative and medical requests, including medication, directly to our clinicians securely. It replaces our previous system, Accurx.
